Spring Sport Tryouts



March 1: Fielding Tryout – 10:30-12:30 at RSL

    – What to Bring:  Wear Baseball Pants, Athletic shoes, Baseball Cap, Glove

March 2: Hitting Tryout – 6-8 pm at CVE Batting Cage (specific times for age groups will be assigned at the March 1 Tryout)

   – Wear Shorts or sweats, baseball hat, helmet, bat, athletic shoes.

Boys Soccer

Boys Soccer will have tryouts starting on March 1st and going through the 3rd. Out on the turf. We will have check in at 2:15 and will start at 2:30pm Bring warm clothes, cleats and water.

Girls Lacrosse

March 1st 10:30-12:00 at RSL

March 2nd-3rd 1:30-3:30 on the turf soccer field at Elk Ridge

Dress Warm

Bring your stick, goggles, mouthguard, and cleats. If you are missing any of that because you haven’t played before, I’ll have a few extra until you are able to bring some.

Boys Tennis

Starting March 2nd at 3pm at the Green Canyon Courts if courts are dry

If courts are not dry then tryouts will be at Sports Academy later at night (9:00pm) during the week.

Girls Golf

Girls Golf Tryouts will be held March 2-4.

You must be registered through registermyathlete.com to be eligible to try out and be considered for the team. 

Tryout dates and location may change due to weather.

Monday March 1st 1:00-3:00 pm at RSL

Bring all your gear (Helmets, sticks, gloves, pads, cleats, reversible practice uniform), own water.

Bring all softball gear and a water bottle. No shorts during tryouts.

Thursday Feb 25th: Freshman and first year tracksters.

Friday Feb 26th:  Sophomore-Seniors that have been on the GC Track Team previously.


Meet immediately after school in the upstairs gym ready to work out.

Bring workout clothes for both indoors and outdoors.

We will be getting 5 marks from each athlete.

Horizontal jump, vertical jump, med ball throw, 50 M and 1600 M.
